Huguenot Memorial Park is a large beach that you can drive on. It has a stretch on the beach for people to pose like losers and suck up the sun (boring zzzzzzzzzzz). At the end of the park are some low hills in very loose sand and some hills in water. Its pretty fun even in my absolutely stock vehicle.
