I've heard nothing bad about Black Diamond and didn't know too much about them other than they have been around a long time before buying their Leaf Springs that are 2.5" higher than stock. Black Diamond was bought by Super Lift a while back so you won't find their products much unless you order them directly or through 4wheelparts like I did. They are very solid and have a good amount of flex, but so far they do make a good amount of noise. It seems to be going away some after 120+ miles and you don't notice it at all on the highway.

Update 8/20/05 They still make a loud squeak on each leaf when they flex. They flex a good amount from side to side when needed. I'll be lubricating them very soon and will make an update then.

Update 8/21/05 The installer of my leaf springs said to put dielectric on the leafs so I did today. It seems to have helped some but I'm going to take it in for them to take the leafs off and lubricate them correctly.

Update 9/21/05 The add a leafs and spacers that 4wheelparts.com installed that I didn't authorized always move and still make noise when they flex. Since this is unacceptable I will be ordered new Rubicon Express 3.5 leaf springs very soon.
